Announcing next book
Ann Veronica is finally finished. I hope you enjoyed it. Personally, I didn’t really like the ending, but I still think it’s a good novel. As a single woman I could certainly relate to many of the issues she faced, and it made me appreciate many of the freedoms and rights I have today that I take for granted. All over the world, people have fought, faced prison or even death, to earn the right to vote, yet so many of us who do have that privilege just throw it away.
The next book I’ll be recording is another Andrew Murray one. In fact, it’s my favourite Andrew Murray book: With Christ in the School of Prayer. It’s an amazing book. I have read it many times, but I always find it takes me a long time to finish because I keep needing to stop and pray. I hope it fires up your prayer life, too
I’d love to hear about your experiences.
Recording for The Holy War is progressing at a nice pace now. When that is done, I’m thinking of doing one of the gospels in the King James Version. I’d like to do the whole bible, but then I think of books like Numbers, and get nervous
So, I’ll start with something smaller and see how it goes.
